Can I modify or cancel my order after it’s placed?

Once an order is placed, we’re unable to make changes or cancellations. However, if you need to exchange or return for store credit, you can do so within 14 days of delivery as long as the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached. Please review your order carefully before checking out.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.

Do you offer discounts or promo codes?

We do not offer discounts or promo codes at the moment. Sign up for our newsletter and stay tuned for any special offers.

Where do you ship?

Currently, we only ship within the U.S. International shipping is not available at this time.

How long does shipping take?

Orders typically process within 3-5 business days. Once shipped, delivery takes approximately 5-10 business days depending on your location.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

At this time, we do not offer expedited shipping.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking information via email. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder or contact us.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We accept exchanges and returns for store credit within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email us at support@godimples.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will assist you in resolving the matter.

How do your products fit?

Every model is uniquely designed, and fits differently. We recommend checking the size chart on each product page for specific measurements before placing your order.

Will sold-out items be restocked?

How should I care for my Dimples gear?

We recommend washing cold and hang drying to maintain quality. Avoid tumble dry in high heat.
